Our fast growing company is seeking a super sharp, outside sales agent that can plug into our proven model and produce serious results. We are in growth mode and seeking another Acquisitions Rock Star to help us scale our real estate wholesaling business.
The position responsibilities include managing a pipeline of acquisition opportunities while following up with hot seller leads. More specifically, you will work with inbound leads to understand their motivation and learn about the home(s) they may wish to sell. In addition, you will run appointments to view the properties, and then negotiate offers to purchase those homes.
You will be expected to become an absolute master at gauging seller motivation over the phone, analyzing investment deals, visually inspecting homes to determine the scope of repairs/updates needed and also negotiating purchase contracts.

:Must make this a FULL TIME Commitment
:Currently hold an Indiana Real Estate Brokers License (or willing to obtain quickly)
:Hold RE License with BLP Realty Group
:Efficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems
:Exceptional verbal telephone skills and written skills
:Willingness to adopt companys core values, systems, and ethics
:An ability to understand market data and analyze investment deals
:Some light construction knowledge is preferred
:Assertive in nature with impeccable follow:up skills
:MIBOR and National Association of Realtors memberships (or willing to obtain)
:Immediately contact and vet seller leads while quickly building rapport and trust
:Manage lead information and sales activities in company CRM
:Schedule appointments to inspect sellers homes, consult on best options, and present possible solutions
:Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed
:Must be able to follow companies closing sequence
:Motivated to bring in outside business for additional income
:Must be a team player and get along with the rest of the team
:Commission:Only Income (75,000.00 to 200,000.00/year expected based on results)
