Job LocationThe Director of Ambulatory Nursing position is located in Indianapolis, IN. Job DutiesThe Director of Ambulatory Nursing position supports the clinical and operational direction of ambulatory practices with an emphasis on clinical outcomes, quality management, and excellence in the patient experience. The director provides leadership and direction to develop, recommend, and implement nursing standards of care and provides clinical leadership to clinical supervisors, nursing leaders, and nursing care team members. This leader works collaboratively with Community Physician Network practice managers and practice administrators and other area operations leadership to supervise and support the clinical needs of all clinical supervisors and other nursing leaders. ExperienceFive (5) years of nursing experience with a minimum of two (2) years of progressive management / leadership experience.Education Bachelor s required. Either the Bachelor s or Master s must be in nursing. Master s is required within five (5) years of assuming the role. Certification required in a relevant specialty or Nursing Administration within three (3) years of assuming the role.LicenseCurrent Registered Nurse License by the Indiana Health Professions Bureau. + In-depth knowledge of state and national regulatory agency guidelines

+ Knowledge and experience in nursing finance, day-to-day operations in ambulatory care settings, strategic planning, and community relations
