We provide professional labor services to the construction, demolition, and environmental abatement industries. Our clients trust us with recruitment, placement, personnel management and payroll so that they can continually meet project deadlines.
Founded in 2010, CRM Workforce Solutions has been the trusted partner with organizations across the United States and currently work with some of the most well respected and best known organizations within the construction, demolition, and environmental abatement markets.
This Indianapolis, Indiana based position will be responsible for building our database of crew members across the United States. Placement of qualified candidates for various projects will also be a critical component of this role.
Primary focus will be to develop and implement strategies to source qualified candidates in order to build our database of crew members.
Enter accurate information on all candidates into our database.
Assist candidates with filling out applications and various other paperwork.
Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies, including but not limited to, the use of social networking sites, text blasts, job fairs and other marketing related communication tools.
Complete weekly outbound calls to build candidate database.
Communicate effectively with the CRM Sales Team and other employees to manage client expectations on upcoming projects.
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
Be willing to work an occasional weekend or more as needs arise.
Learn internal database software for proper record keeping on all contractors.
Travel to recruiting/career fairs, customer sites and other locations as required.
Position Requirements:
Education, Experience and Training Required:
:High school diploma/GED
:Two year or four year degree preferred
:Documented success achieving and exceeding objectives in the recruiting field
:Bilingual English/Spanish mandatory

CRM Workforce Solutions is a dynamic, growing and fast:paced organization. As such, successful employees are able to work in a fast:paced environment, managing multiple priorities often times under tight deadlines. This typically requires working a 40+ hour work week to accomplish performance objectives. This position will report to our Indianapolis, In Operations Manager.

Compensation will be competitive. Targeted at 35,000:55,000
Additional quarterly bonus potential based on mutually agreed upon success criteria as well as overall company profitability
