The point person for tech support and service calls needs to be one of the best listeners in the building. This Coordinator Incident Management has to read between the lines to get to the root of the problem and determine the best path for solution : whether its a simple problem that can be handled immediately or something more complex that needs to be moved on to someone else in the support team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 13;
:Oversee all incident and event management processes and identify areas of improvement to ensure timely resolution.
:Identify, analyze and prioritize assigned incidents or events through resolution, root cause and/or closure.
:Ensure the ability of our organization to react to and contain incidents in a prompt and efficient manner.
:Record and report on all Incident and Event Management metrics to ensure they are aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and/or agreed upon target dates.
:Identify process gaps, errors, changes that could introduce quality inefficiencies and pose potential risk to the organization. Coordinates activities related to major incident reviews.
:Work within and across process domains (e.g. Request, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Service Asset and Configuration, and Release Management) to ensure appropriate procedures, roles, and responsibilities are defined, and to effectively transition inputs and outputs between processes. 13;
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED 13;
:7:10 years of prior relevant work experience.
:Certifications, ITIL v3 and Lean Six Sigma, green preferred, yellow required.
:Mastery technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.
:Ability to perform work that is highly complex and varied in nature.
:Develop integrated solutions to resolve highly complex technical and business issues.
:Recognized expert internally and externally within a discipline(s) and often provides strategic direction, guidance and integration of products and services.
:Ability to lead projects and provide guidance/training to staff members. 13;
