Job Description:/h3:

Position Summary
The National Account Executive is responsible for increasing revenue and overall market penetration through successful hail account development in their assigned territory. (i.e. dealer ships, auctions, rental car agencies, auto body shops, and insurance companies)
The position requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory, as well as traveling to other territories to assist when necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development / Sales
:Identify and develop business opportunities that are created due to Hail damage.
:Grow market share and increase revenue with body shop and maximize insurance opportunities.
:Maintain or establish solid business relationships on behalf of Catastrophe Solutions International with all potential customers.
:Develop new customer opportunities with body shops that will provide CSI with good partners for future hail events.
:Drive business results by using strategic selling skills, including the ability to negotiate a business deal that creates a win:win for the customer and for CSI.
:Support other CSI managers in their assigned territory by soliciting and securing new accounts that have an impact beyond your immediate territory and by tracking and selling hail opportunities.
:Writing fair and accurate estimates as well as calibrating estimating abilities of insurance partners, and body shop personnel.
:Develop and implement 30:60:90 day plans for prospecting and selling into targeted accounts.

Customer
Relationships/Operations
:Play a key role in growing existing accounts and building relationships with key personnel in targeted accounts. Write target:account plans for all prospective accounts, maintain client histories and participate in client familiarization visits.
:Proactively identify and resolve customer needs and or problems.
:Maintain a complete client history of all operated programs (both active and past) and review with client and management quarterly or as necessary.
:Responsible for managing customer satisfaction, product quality, technician performance, and maximizing profitability for each job.
:Stay informed of current competitive activity.
:Ensure that all sales and marketing tools and programs are actively promoted.
:Responsible for executing all agreements, negotiating and communicating all terms with customer and CSI personnel to ensure timely payments and good faith between account and CSI.
:Represent CSI at professional trade association meetings, client seminars, conventions, etc.

Administration
:Maintain sales/customer database.
:Create and distribute monthly sales activity reports.
:Maintain supply of all sales and marketing collateral.
:Learn and use CSIs field technical system to insure quality documentation from field to office.
:Support and adhere to Company policies and procedures, and uphold Catastrophe Solutions Internationals ethical standards and commitment to operating with the highest integrity.
