If you would like to become a part of our team, apply today (please apply via computer) Vist Lexus website Contact: Deb Satinsky : Direct: (317) Cell: (317) (text avail) Essential Duties include the following: Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.Consistently follows the Tom Wood Lexus process for Excellence in the Guest Experience : starting with Greeting, following through Vehicle Re:Delivery (training provided)Helps identify a mechanical problem by skilled inquiry and visual inspection processConfers with customers regarding inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs.Documents a brief description of the customers concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.Prepares a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.Anticipate customer needs, addressing any guest questions or concerns .Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.Maintains a professional appearance.Maintains a professional attitude and work area One to two years experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent customer and communication skills : ability to stay calm under pressureDetail oriented and well organizedValid Driver License with good driving recordOffers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, verification of social security number, and passing a drug test at a certified testing facility.
