Job Description:/h3:
Role Summary:
The LIVE Program Assistant will support our LIVE team to help our senior clients (LIVE Members) attain their maximum functional potential. The LIVE team provides the tools, resources, and motivation to help our clients to live with independence, vitality, and engagement in their communities. The LIVE Program Assistant will support the LIVE Team in their efforts to achieve this goal.

What You Would Do Here:
Answering phones : providing high:level information about the LIVE program, scheduling appointments with the LIVE advisors
Outreach calls : placing calls out to our policyholders to gauge interest in our LIVE program with the goal of increasing our participation levels
Mailings : coordinate LIVE program mailings : newsletters, campaigns, individual mailings per PA needs (health action plans and other correspondence) Organizing and assembly of mail to go out from Fuzion
Research : assist with research for marketing and newsletter content, LIVE presentations, etc...
Technology : use of appropriate systems to track and store information and evaluate participant outcomes (Zoho CRM, Wellware, etc.)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills


What You Already Know and Have Done:

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent skills conversing with older adults via phone
Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and professionalism
Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
Must be able to effectively work with all levels of the organizations program stakeholders: team members, managers, and senior leadership
Ideally You Have:

Graphic Design skills for assistance with our LIVE marketing needs
Experience working with the older adult population (volunteer work, etc.)
