Job Description
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
40% Provide IT support resolving simple to complex problems to the end user s satisfaction
15% Update and maintain desktop hardware inventory and surplus equipment
10% Assist in ensuring maximum availability of all network and systems components
10% Create and maintain documentation for system performance, bugs and program requirements
5% Interact with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop equipment and software
5% Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of desktop systems
5% Other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Education, Experience, & Certifications:
+ Bachelor s degree required or equivalent work experience in computer science or engineering
+ 2 3 years experience with end user IT support including desktops, laptops and mobile devices
+ Microsoft certification is a plus
+ Must possess ability to provide outstanding technical support
+ Working knowledge of Windows OS (Versions 7 10)
+ Outstanding MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
+ Basic knowledge of networking concepts
+ Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
+ Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
+ Provides outstanding customer service.
