An organized, efficient paralegal
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 13;
Manage contract and property legal issues. Handle articles of incorporation and buy/sell agreements. Oversee trust instruments. These are just a few of the things that our legal department handles and they are all supported by top notch paralegals.
Are you good at managing multiple projects at the same time? Do you have thorough research skills and can you compile that research into effective reports? Do you enjoy preparing legal documents and making sure all details are in place? We have a job that needs your skills.
WHAT YOU WILL DO 13;
:Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, policies, and legal codes.
:Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation, policies, buy:sell agreements, closing papers and binders, deeds, and trust instruments for review, approval, and use by Corporate Secretary.
:Investigate facts and case law to determine causes of action and to prepare case accordingly.
:Prepare affidavits of documents and maintains document file.
:Prepare office accounts.
:Prepare real estate closing statement and assists in closing process.
:Act as law librarian, keeping and monitoring legal volumes and ensuring legal volumes are up:to:date.
:File correspondence and legal documents in office filing system.
:Ensure proper indexing and filing of original legal documents.
:Perform other clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing and typing routine correspondence, and reading/routing incoming mail. 13;

:Good verbal and written communication skills.
:Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and to effectively present information and respond to questions in an organized manner.
:Organize and prioritize work to be done in order to meet deadlines.
:Manage multiple projects in an orderly and timely manner. 13;
