Position: HR Administrator Location: Carmel, IN Job Id: 408 # of Openings: 1 Telamon is hiring an HR Administrator in our Carmel, IN location. This person provides support to HR management and team members in the execution of administrative and operational tasks.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the HR team with creating and maintaining administrative processes, including document managementProduce and maintain adhoc and/or recurring HR reportsManage incoming requests for HR services, completing basic requests and escalating more complex tasks as appropriateSchedule meetings and interviewsConvert employee files, documents and data into electronic formatInput new hires and make updates within the HRIS system as neededFile employee documents and other documents as appropriateAudit employee files, documents and other processesAssist with recruiting, benefits, compensation and other functions within HRSupport special projects as neededOther duties as assignedSkills and Abilities Required:Ability to maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentialityExcellent customer service and skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational abilities and extraordinary attention to detailProficient in MS Office applicationsHRIS and ATS experience preferredEducation and Experience Required:College degree and 1 to 3 years of HR administrative experience.
