Job Description We are seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team! You will most likely be the first point of contact for many people and therefore the person who will create the first impression of our company. The Customer Relations Specialist will greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors by phone or in person and provide clerical and administrative support to other team members. Responsibilities: Answer and redirect all incoming calls as appropriate Greet and assist all customers/visitors Handle all incoming and outgoing mail Maintain office supplies and equipment Provide clerical support to team members Open files for Loan Officers by using our loan originating software and spreadsheets Assist loan processors and loan officers as needed ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient computer skills
