Job Description
Are you ready to challenge yourself, work from home part:time and learn about real estate investing? The owner of a local Indianapolis investment company is seeking a Closing Coordinator and Personal Assistant that is more proactive rather than reactive and is excited about growing our company with our small 3 person team.
Responsibilities
For our fast moving company this role will coordinate all phases of the real estate transactions, from contract to closing. You will provide outstanding and exceptional communication to customers, title company, and co:workers. You will also be handling various administrative tasks and personally assisting in managing the owners day to day tasks and calendar. You will also be helping with the incoming phone calls to the real estate investment company.
Sample Tasks (must have a no task too small attitude):
:Picking up dry cleaning
:Scheduling closings
:Paying Bills
:Sending Invoices
:Coordinating paperwork between buyers, sellers, and title company
:Changing oil in company car
:Following up with customers regarding status of closing
:Editing contracts and documents
:Updated YouTube page
:Updating WordPress
:Uploading Blog Articles
:Scheduling Appointments
:And Much more
This role is critical to the entire teams success.
Qualifications
Must be willing to hustle and have a cheerful disposition, Love working with people, Multi:tasking, detail oriented, computer savvy, and web savvy. Must be able to follow directions and work well with a team. An active or inactive real estate license is a plus or prior experience coordinating real estate transactions is a plus. Must be pleasant and work well with all of the above mentioned groups. We are looking for a key person that can add value and allow our companies to grow, and as we grow, so will you and your compensation. This position could turn into a full time position quite quickly.
High School Diploma Required
College Education preferred
Strong Computer and Typing Skills Required
Comfortable with online web applications
