Job Description We are hiring for several admin positions: All positions offer a starting hourly rate of between $15.50 and $16 per hour PLUS discretionary corporate bonuses. Every bank holiday is a paid holiday with time off. Monday through Friday flex schedule working day shift. Paid time off is earned as well as other tremendous benefits. 1) Admin / Case Manager Responsibilities: Review and analyze all application entries and determine if an application is in good order. Once suitability has been determined, review file for completeness as it pertains to managing requirements through to completion. Develops working knowledge and performs functions ranging from documents handling to complex exception processing. Develops a working knowledge of the products and services offered and develops a working knowledge of all lines of business sold through their aligned relationship(s). Manages execution by setting high standards for performance. Drives innovation by identifying discrepancies and inefficiencies in work and suggests new approaches to solving problems. Admin Job Duties: Directs advisors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures. Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. Completes special data entry and form design projects. Document processing including scanning, email, fax and FEDEX. Skills and Qualifications: Effective interpersonal skills with a service minded, team attitude Interact courteously and professionally Possess a strong work ethic with a sense of urgency for timely, accurate transaction processing Ability to thrive in a fast paced, metrics-driven, ever-changing environment Strong organizational skills including ability to prioritize multiple tasks Effective verbal and written communication skills Very strong computer skills Ability to make decisions based on complex risk assessment. Attention to detail is a must Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Supply Management, Strong computer skills with Mac experience a plus.
