Primary :Service Reviews; requires the individual to complete a detailed history of a members service credit history.Processing of survivor benefits/death accounts; requires individual to collect proper documentation to pay any remaining benefits due to survivors and beneficiaries of members.Final Document Review; review of member accounts initiating the retirement process to make sure all required documentation is provided for benefit calculation purposes.Secondary :Benefit Estimates; generating benefit estimates for individuals who have inquired about the amount they would receive at retirement.Pension Calculations; calculating the actual amount that would be paid to an individual in a monthly retirement benefit.An ideal candidate would have strong analytical skills and experience in mathematical calculationsMust have previous benefits processing experience and/or experience within financial industryMust have Intermediate Word and Excel skillsGood attention to detail and accuracyCritical thinking skills/problem solving and decision makingTime management
