The ideal candidate will be professional, a go getter, have the confidence to represent the company well and be eager to engage with investors and executives/small business owners alike.


-Receives incoming calls and e-mails.
-Propose improvements in the handling of client accounts, identifies new types of customer
-Perform research regarding investment performance of clients’ accounts.
-Recommend and implement practical methods for addressing client requests.
-Provide a high level of customer resolution services to new or existing clients.
-Web site management. Monthly topic changes on web site.

Job Requirements

-Must have Microsoft Word and Excel experience
-Must be able to answer emails with correct grammar/spelling.
-Must have at least 2 years of college experience.
-Manage calendars for executive through scheduling and coordinating.
-Motivated, independent self-starter.
-Positive and professional. Comfortable working with CEO’s and executives.
-Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00am to 4:00 (Negotiable)

$14 dollars per hour
