The Accounts Payable position will be part of our Accounts Payable team reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager with a dotted line to the Employee Expense Coordinator. Primary responsibilities will include the processing of employee expense reports, assistance in employee questions or concerns surrounding travel and expense and the company credit card. This role will play an integral part in the day-to-day T&E operations as well as accounting close. This opportunity requires an individual who can contribute in a fast-paced, open team environment while exhibiting excellent data entry and superior customer service abilities. Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to): Review employee expense reports for accuracy, processing and payments Research and resolve employee questions & issues relating to travel, expense, and company corporate card Assist with month end accruals and reconciliations Reconcile statements and transactions Assist with auditor requests Backfill other AP team members as necessary Process full cycle accounts payable transactions Partner with the AP team and AP Manager to increase efficiencies in day-to-day processes Perform other Accounts Payable duties and ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements: Accounting Degree or some college level accounting coursework strongly preferred 3 years Accounts Payable experience required Concur & NetSuite experience a major plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) required Strong attention to detail with consistency and punctuality Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all departments and levels within the company.
